As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmutallahi Wa Baraakaatahu,

It’s your Sunnah Infographics Family here!

We hope you are well and in the best of health and emaan.

Patience is a virtue!

We often hear about the benefits of intermittent fasting, partial fasting and alternate day fasting from established health professionals from around the world.

Do they not know?

It all originates from the actions of those who used to worship Allah 1000’s of years ago!

As the month of Ramadhan begins to surface on the horizon…

With only 60 days to go! (2 months)

We are here to get you prepared nice and early Insha Allah..

So let’s get going..

Ayat Al Qur’an - Surah Al Baqarah  (The Cow - (2:183)

O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.

 1 Hadith

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday. Thus, I love for my deeds to be presented while I am fasting.”

Reflection Point

When was the last time you managed to fast voluntarily?

If it was recently.

Great job!

If it was a while ago..

It’s time to get back on the bandwagon!

Insha Allah.

With Ramadhan only 60 days away, we are making sure that The Sunnah Infographics Family is fully prepared for this blessed month of virtue and forgiveness!

So we’re starting everyone from now!

We know..

It can sometimes feel like an unachievable task, to get the mind and body ready for fasting in general.

Especially with the pressures of work, family and life.

But look at the overriding benefits!

Our deeds are presented on Mondays and Thursdays.

Would we not want our deeds to be presented, while we are fasting?

Of course!

On top of that..

There are so many health benefits connected to fasting..

That the non-Muslims seem to do it more than the Muslims these days!

SubhanAllah.

Here are a few facts that are backed by “The Science.”

Fasting..

1. Promotes blood sugar control by reducing insulin resistance.

2. Promotes better health by fighting inflammation.

3. May enhance heart health by improving blood pressure, triglycerides, and cholesterol levels.

4. Aids weight loss by limiting calorie intake and boosting metabolism.

These are just a few benefits to get you motivated…

This week, we have designed a beautifully well-structured and informative infographic to encourage everyone to take up voluntary fasting as a great preparation for Ramadhan.

Again, we're getting in there really early, ahead of the crowd!

The infographic has been designed to encourage The Muslims, to fast on Mondays & Thursdays (or other days in accordance to the Sunnah) in order to reap the rewards with our Lord, improve our overall health and reach Ramadhan in perfect shape, mentally and physically Insha Allah.

So make sure you share the goodness..

How do you do that?

By Sharing This Weeks Infographic!

Remember...

"Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward like one who did it."
