As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmutallahi Wa Baraakaatahu,

It’s your Sunnah Infographics Family here.

Hope you are all well and in good health.

Why Arabic?

Hmmm...

Let's reflect.

A language that every Muslim on earth has a close and deep love for.

A language that was spoken by our beloved Prophet ﷺ.

A language that is rich in meaning and deep in vastness.

A language that is spoken in Jannah.

A language that we must learn…

Have we not taken the first step?

This week, we will be talking about the importance of learning Arabic.

So let’s dive in to learn more..

Ayat Al Qur’an - Surah Yusuf (Joseph) - (12:2)

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an that you might understand.

Narration of the Salaf

It is reported that Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “Learn Arabic, for it strengthens the intelligence and increases one’s noble conduct.

(al-murūah).” (Al-Bayhaqī, Shu’ab Al-Īmān Vol.4 p187.)

Reflection Point

As a Muslim..

It may feel that there are many things to juggle.

But if your workplace, informed you that you needed to learn Mandarin (Chinese) for work purposes.

Would you take it on?

Sometimes it comes down to picking the right time and place to learn.

And The Arabic Language is one of those things that we should not overlook.

It is a key to understanding the Qur’an.

A key to understanding the Sunnah.

And a key to bringing you closer to Allah, The Most High.

For Muslims who live in non Arabic speaking countries.

It can often be a challenge to even pick up a few words.

Because it just simply is spoken enough around you.

But by making the effort to learn..

Taking a course..

Learning the basics..

Using Flashcards..

It will allow you to make a start!

Learning another language will always be an uphill struggle.

But you have to start somewhere.

And when you do it for the sake of Allah.

It becomes the easiest thing you’ve ever done!

This week, we have prepared a really informative, instructive and mountainous Infographic to encourage you to climb that mountain and reach the top!

Life is about struggles..

And this one certainly one worth taking.

So for those who are already learning, it's a great encouragement to continue!

And even for the Arab speakers, they have to teach their children and even non Arab speakers!

So the learning never stops!

Tomorrow we will be launching our Summer collection of over 285 Arabic & English Flashcards for all ages.

So don't forget to check your inbox tomorrow morning!
