Ayat Al Qur’an - Surah Al-Nur (The Light) - (24:21)
O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan. And whoever follows the footsteps of Satan - indeed, he enjoins immorality and wrongdoing. And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, not one of you would have been pure, ever, but Allah purifies whom He wills, and Allah is Hearing and Knowing.
1 Hadith
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Take a siesta, for Satan does not sleep in the midday.”

In today's restless world..
With long working days for many..
Countless commitments and responsibilities…
And a lack of care for one's mental and physical wellbeing.
It’s important to catch yourself.
And go back to the basics.
By prioritising your wellbeing.

Of today's society!
And provides a step away from the trials of life.
So ask yourself.
Do I treat myself to this?

But if you're able.
Try.
And if you can't find the time.
Quietly step away...
Without anyone noticing.
And carve that moment for yourself.
Your body will thank you for it later...
