As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmutallahi Wa Baraakaatahu,
It’s your Sunnah Infographics Family here.
Hope you are well and in good health.
Question.
Do you spend enough time eating together with your family?
Ponder over that question.
Busy life, no time?
Is often the excuse.
When was the last time you broke bread with your close friends and companions?
Reflect.
Let’s dig in!

Reflection Point
Eating together in groups is a true blessing..
Especially, eating food together with the family unit.
Sometimes, due to our busy schedules or working hours.
We don’t find the time to sit down and eat together with friends and family.
An activity that is certainly overlooked.
The blessings can be in small things.
Such as seeing how everyone is.
Identifying things from family and friends that need attention.
Sharing & caring among one another.
All of this is a great blessing and virtue from Allah, The Most High.
With the day to day distractions, especially inside and outside of the home.
Families can often find their attention scattered.
Whether it be the television, the computer screen, the mobile phone or bad companions.
Make the time and exert your efforts in eating together as a family.
For verily, this is where the blessing lies.
