Important Question.
When was the last time you aided a believer?
Or
Helped someone in hardship?
Or
Concealed the faults of your Muslim brother or sister?
These are the questions we should ask ourselves.
Let's dig deeper to understand those we can aid for the sake of Allah.
For verily the reward is tremendous.
If we only but knew..
Ayat Al Qur’an - Surah Al Baqarah (The Cow) - (2:155)
And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.
1 Hadith
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter. Allah helps the servant as long as he helps his brother.

Reflection Point
Have you ever been in hardship?
Or
Ever been at fault for something?
It’s an important question to reflect over.
Because we have all been there.
It doesn't matter who you are or what status you hold.
Be mindful of life's tests...
That have made you who you are today.
Because how many of us forget.
It’s at times, when we remember our own difficulties..
That we should be the first to help and assist others in need.
Whether it be a family member..
A Muslim brother or sister.
A neighbor..
Or a friend..
Aiding others is from the means of attaining mercy and forgiveness from Allah.
And it's only with age and maturity that a person really understands this.
But why wait until older age to learn the lesson.
Consider..
Why is it that when a person achieves the highest heights of the dunya.
They rush to help others and give back.
Why?
Because it doesn't mean anything, unless you make a positive impact on other peoples lives.
Relieving a hardship for someone..
Brings immense joy and self satisfaction.
So what about aiding the believer?
Giving, aiding one another and concealing the faults of your Muslim brothers and sisters.
Has immense rewards and a protection for the ones carries the action out.
It increases a person in bounty and cleanses the heart from pride and arrogance.
Removing a hardship for a believer is one of the causes of protection from the intense heat on the day of judgment.
A day when everyone will only care for their own selves
Sometimes we can feel the need to hold back and to be cautious around others.
For verily Shaitan threatens you with poverty and orders you to immorality.
While Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty.
And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing. (Al Qur'an: 2:268)
