At Sunnah Infographics, each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed. As a result, we have a tailored returns policy designed to reflect the custom nature of our products while ensuring fairness and transparency for our customers.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and mockups carefully before completing their purchase.
We take quality seriously and are committed to delivering products that meet our standards. If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, or is significantly different from the approved mockup, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To report an issue, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. Requests should include the order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem. Our support team will review the information provided and respond within 2–3 business days.
If a claim is approved, Sunnah Infographics will offer either a replacement of the same item or a refund issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and are outside of our control once issued.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in cases of incorrect sizing when sizing information was made available, minor colour variations or print placement differences that fall within standard production tolerances, or for customised or personalised items that were approved at the time of ordering, unless a clear production error is present.
If an issue is confirmed to be the result of a production or fulfilment error, Sunnah Infographics will cover the cost of the replacement or refund. Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested by our support team.
Customised and personalised products are created exclusively for each customer and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where a manufacturing or printing defect is verified.
